Do you offer rush shipping options for urgent orders?
Yes, I offer expedited shipping options for time-sensitive orders. If this applies to you please contact me and we can make arrangements, otherwise orders will ship standard shipping.
Where do you ship?
Currently I only ship to the US, but will be looking into expanding as soon as possible!

What products do you sell?
At the moment there are plant accessories and incense burners for sale but you never know what may be in store.

Damaged product?
Oh no! First I want to apologize for any delay this has caused. Sometimes in the shipping process the tiny arms and delicate parts don't make the journey even with the tender care I take to prepare them. I would be happy to replace the item if this happens, simply reach out to [email protected]. Do keep in mind if you're handling the product roughly and it gets damaged, I cannot reimburse due to the amount of time and love that goes into each piece, please be sure to handle these with care, though they are tough it is still a piece of art.
This isn't exactly as pictured?
I try my best to keep each piece as close to the original as possible. That being said each piece is handmade and develops it's own unique character as it's crafted. You are getting a one of a kind artwork that can never be replaced, how fun!
